I can't believe I've been banded a whole year today !!
I've lost 3st 11 in total going from 14st 13.5 to 11st 3.
It's not always been easy - the last few months some old bad habits have crept in and I'm snacking on things like chocolate and crisps which has stalled my weight loss but I'm a healthy BMI and a size 12 - 14
Would I do it again ? Absolutely without a doubt - I feel and look like a different person , my only regret is that I didn't do it years ago!
I'm going to the gym at least 3 times a week and doing light weight training and my shape is really changing too so it's not all about the number on the scales.
