Hi all, well I'm home and doing really well. I won't lie that the pain and discomfort is a little unpleasant but the more u move around the easier it becomes. Have kept bits of food down, 3tsp porridge today 5 sp soup 4 sp jelly 3-4 spoons soup for tea then this evening 100mls skimmed milk, all sipped very slowly. I'm feeling a lot better than I thought I would considering I felt like I was dying when in recovery haha I also apparantly told the surgeon I'd changed my mind which made him giggle!!!

I felt the same as you 2 days ago, but feel fine now. I'm surprised how quickly it gets easier. Best wishes for your recovery x

Awwww glad your on the mend, yeah I was the same about the discomfort at the beginning thinking omg what have I done! lol.

Struggling at the mo to get fluids down as I just dont want to drink, and missing food so bad lol..... only 3 weeks to go untill my puree stage and counting lol ) x
