Operation Dates!

It was Dr Macadam I met on my pre-op assessment. I got a letter confirming my appointment today from Dr Macadam so it looks like it's still him doing the surgery.
 
I would say your in very good hands then, as sue said he was a lovely man, very careing, and she highly recomended him too! Gail x

Good luck everyone. I'm at the Whittington and should be getting my date this week. Dr Heath says he can fit me in in Feb so fingers crossed!

changed my date

:cry:Sorry to do this to you .. my date has been changed from February 24th to March 3rd .. no explanations .. just a nice letter in the mail.. only a week later i know.. but i like to get things planned ... had a good little cry and now back on track :).. i am sure it will happen .. i am just not opening the mail for a month and gonna sit there on the day till they do it !!!! LOL

good luck for saterday jayne ill be thinking of you . you will be fine, after my op fy freind rang hospital and the nurse said i was asleap with a big smile on my face, says it all................kath x
 
Got mine!! :) still in shock. 10th Feb at St Richards with Mr Sommers :) Had pre-op today. I'm so happy but so nervous....it's finally happening!!

The hospital just phoned 5 minutes ago and offered me an op date on 18 March... which I've had to turn down :( as Ill be in Goa until 7 March. The next available date will be April/May... :sigh:

Never mind... at least it's getting close now and I'm sure the time will go very quickly !

Horray! I finally have my date...26th March (could have been 19th but have a huge thing at work that I've been working towards for 6 months - typical hey?) I'm so excited!
