Hi all im 6 weeks post opp and I still look like an extra from 'The Walking Dead' people keep commenting on my lack of colour in my face, is this normal? Thanx )

Hi Boralass i had a real drawn yellow look. My friend told me i need some iron . I bought some Floradix from H and Barrett my colour came back and i felt so much better. X

Is your blood pressure low? Mine is very low and I'm always a bit white/grey lol

Hi thanx, ni I had my blood pressure checked today and it's fine, I'll look into another supplement for iron then thank you
