Megg, Yes you get this in your own special folder that they give you at the group session along with leaflets, I now keep all my whittington letters in this folder too..

Cool. I found it really useful! I want to be super-informed before I go as I obviously want to be as honest as possible but am scared of saying the wrong thing!! Do you think there are certain things that would cause them to say no?? Or more likely to say no??

Purplefluffything, on your online booking screen do you have two appointments? Or did you when you initially booked your first appointment? Do you know what the second appointment is? It says its in St Pancras.

When I booked on line 2 of the same bookings came up, I choose time and date then it seem to put two of the same appts up for exactly the same thing.
I did not have st pancras? thats strange is'nt it?
