Peckish All Day

Well today has been strange.

I have been peckish all day today, so what have I had today, One Egg Omelette with Grated Cheese for breakfast, 1/2 ready meal curry for lunch, a handful of peanuts as a snack, and the other half of the ready meal today, but I could of quite easily had more.

Hope tomorrows a better day and I can get my mind off food.

Mind you I have just worked it out and I have only had about 620 cals today oops.

And I have really had a sweet craving the last few days, can't seem to shake it off. Must be the time of the month I guess lol
 
It starts creeping back the old appetite!Try some soup and more fluids between meals.Im struggling at the mo craving carbs and sweet stuff,they go down too easily!Need a good talking to.Maz x
