sorry cant help, but I am in the same boat. I tried to change my profile picture, I went in to browse, selected the picture I wanted and downloaded into one part ok, but then when I clicked on "save changes", it states that there was a failure loading the picture:sigh:. dont quite know what to do next.

Hi here and 1stly well done on your loss Ime waiting to be slotted in for my gastric bypass and I cant wait. My photo said failure after I loaded it then i did something else and it worked . But dont ask how I did it cause I aint got a clue. L.O.L
