Hi
On monday I started my pre op diet, but weight is the same i am getting worried. I am definately not going over my 1000 calorie limit( i use my fitness pal app on iphone and log everything i have eaten) i certainly have not cheated at all!!!, no alcohol, lots of water and my supplements and milk thistle.
Can anyone let me know what they ate or did to shift a little on the pre op diet.
I was told high protein and veg and 2 pieces of fruit but i was also given a sample menu that included cereal and a slice of bread and a couple spponfuls of potatoes/rice. So am confused because one is contradictory to the other???

Any help would be appreciated guys and gals

Just remember lovely.. The Pre op is not about losing weight.. It's shrinking the liver.. Just stick to your plan and you will be fine. Feel free to add me claire_edz.

I stuck to under 1000.. I would have a cereal bar in the morning. A Tesco lighter choices sandwich for lunch and maybe an omelette when I got home.. Hardly any fat..

You will be fine x

Thanks hun, just i am noticing on CB page that people are on high protein low carb so i am confused. I dont want to mess it up :)
