Prominant Port!

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem.
My port is very prominant, even when it was first placed, you could feel/see, it easily, you still can. It is never a problem when I go for a fill, very easy to find and fill, I never need to name my surgeon, the nurses always know who did my op, seems the port position is his signature. However I DO find fills quite painfull and uncomfortable! Plus I quite often bang the port if I knock into things, making it achey. :d'oh: TBH, I dread going for fills as it is painfull! I have quite a bloated belly a lot of the time too, I wonder if this makes it worse... Anyway, moan over. :cry:

Finding it hard, got a dietician appointment coming up though, hopefully that will help. Lost my motovation of late.
