I remember someone saying the other day that they are drinking protein water post bypass.

Do you think this is the best way of getting the necessary amount of protein?

If so, any recommendations on which one to buy? And how much to have?

40g protein per bottle xx

Although I haven't managed to finish one as I have to sip so slowly or it leaves a powder taste.

So I'm just concentrating on getting the fluid in xx
