It was my birthday recently. Although I am on the milk diet I thought I would 'treat' myself to a spag bol. To cut a long story short I managed to get food poisoning. Both ends, full force, complete with fart burps.
To say I am scared off food would be an understatement.
Serves me right.:break_diet:

Lol

Well I hope your feeling better now. x

Gosh, You poor thing.Wishing you better.

I was going to say the same.

It is only ment to done 2-4 weeks before op to shrink your liver.

The milk diet is not really a diet for losing weight, it's to shrink the liver.

Tyraboots is at Luton and Dunstble Hospital (as i am)..they require you to go on the milk diet to lose the required 5% body weight, before you see the surgeon...it is to show commitment and ablilty to follow specialised liquid diet

Thanks for your good wishes. Hate the sin, but love the sinner!

The only commitment I showed that day was to the toilet bowl,;)

Back on track now,

Hi Karma,

That is interesting.

After doing the milk diet do they give you another diet to follow?

I was asked, well told by my surgeon to lose 7kg before my op, fortunately for me the weight loss was required for the op not to see the surgeon. I have been warn if I don't lose it my op could be cancelled. If I had to have done it your way I think I'd be a bit little worry.

I'm on liver shrinking diet now and so far so good.

All the best x
