hey Lucie, not everyone does, it depends on your hospital, where are you being done?
 
Sheffield northern general, as far as I know its pre op then op, no one has mentioned this or funding or anything... Pre op Monday was told that can last for up to three months but likely to b done in approx six weeks....
 
hopefully someone will come along soon who has been done there :) xxx
 
They dont do them at my Hospital. I hear some say they have it. I think Sunderland do, but may be making that up lol

lol yeah nobody wants an endoscopy, but apparently you can be knocked out for it? i dont know personally yet! but you can have throat spray x

Mayamoo ring your team and ask them as everyone is different. I was never told about it then all of a sudden I had to have one. I didn't have sedation or anything and I was completely fine honestly if you just relax and all I thought about was why I was having it. X
 
Amy is exactly right they not pleasant but just remember why your there. It's over in minutes and there is no pain at all. I had sedation it's supposed to just relax you but I felt no different at all, will go with spray if I ever have another one.
