hi i have sent you an email with the pct guidelines for you.

my journey has been a long one for complicated reasons i was refered to pct over 3 years ago and the gp went on maternity and nobody chased up my funding, im also to blame as i didnt chase them i had a lot of family problems at the time but i went again a year ago (in may) and requested bariatric surgery my funding was ok'd in august and i saw the consultant in dec then went on the waiting list. so in all it has been a year since my first drs visit. hope that helps and you get somewhere with your gp this week. x
