Hi hunnie,

Just to say hope all went well with your check up and did they give you a fill????

I think if i remeber rightly, that i was about a mnth after you with the banding... (June 18th)...and although i lost on the liver shrinkage diet, i haven't really done much more in the last 2 weeks....
Does the stuff taste yukky??? Did it hurt? Can u feel the restriction?
