FATIDOL

I have to take two iron tables each day since my op and have been told that I'll be on these for life.

I have to take two iron tables each day since my op and have been told that I'll be on these for life.

same here, i take: 1 forceval once a day, 1 iron tablet twice a day along with 1 calcium tablet twice a day, that's all now, no anti-acid or anti-gallstone tabs now either

I take ferrous fumarate (iron) syrup every other day (when I remember lol) along with Berocca (vitamins) and 2 Calci-D3 chewable tabs a day. I'm also looking into mineral supplements but haven't yet bought any. I picked out a couple I need but can't remember which they were now. Maybe something to improve my memory would be a start :D

I Too have been told that I am on vitimins for life.
I take Calcium with d3 twice per day and 14 drops of Dalivit in a Actimel every morning. Once I have run out of the drops I was told I can go on pills.
Hope this helps

Hi I too am supposed to take 2 iron tabs daily but they play havoc with the bowels so i only have 1. I also have a B12 injection every 12 weeks
.

Nobody told me i need iron tablets, i just have my multivit (Bryan you're a stronger man than me i managed 2 days on Dalivit which smells like cat pee and then dumped it in the bin), lansaparole and 2 calcichews a day...

Forceval multi vit, iron tab and calcium chewable for me!

I have been recently put on 3 ferrous fulminate a day after a blood test showed I was anemic. I have the B12 injection every 12 weeks too.

Noone has ever mentioned taking an iron tablet, should I be on one? If so which one and how strong??

I thought you only got put on iron tablets and B12 injections if blood work showed you were lacking. I'm just on Forceval and Calcium as my bloods are normal.
