Restriction gone!!

Hi all, I have lost all my restriction and am putting weight back on, agghhhh!
My band is full (11.5 in a 12cc band), i have no aftercare left.

So depressed!

maybe it could do with completley being emptied and re filled gradually again, or have it tested for leaks x
