I currently go to a yoga class & a Total Body Fit class, just wondering if anyone else does similar and when I can return to these after the balloon is in?
Anybody, even just a little advice would be very much appreciated. Today I'm thinking of asking the woman who does the classes but not sure if I want her to know about the balloon. But maybe she should know just in case.
Am I right in thinking the balloon doesn't require any incisions or anesthetic? If so, I woukd imagine you just need to listen to your body on how you feel. I can't imagine there'd be too many problems with gentle exercise initially - building up to more.
