Completing my first full week on a mainly liquid pre op diet and I've shed 7lbs so far.....getting everything prepared ...as the song goes my bag is packed and I'm ready to go ! A week tomorrow and my op is a ON!!!

Good luck for your op. The wait must have got you down but its almost here now 
. I hate reading anything about Glasgow weight management as it gets my blood pressure up, so sad to read your problems with them.
Having a revision from a band to a mini Gastric bypass in June. I had to go private both for my band and for the revision. Mr galloway offered to do me a private op but could not explain wht I had waited over 2 years to get on GWMS. I went abfoad on 2007.
I know the waiting time is shorter now as my son is going, but the number of ops has been reduced and the service has lost a lot of funding.
Have a speedy revovery.
