ive just found and think its great!

its highly concentrated NAS squash.

its £2.40 from Tesco for 66ml. Which they say will do 20 drinks.

its a very handy size perfect for handbags, travelling etc

I got 1 of these free via facebook apple & blackcurrant I'm not keen on it but I prefer water as I don't like the artificial flavour but they are handy :)

i dont like water so I'm loving this :)

tescos do their own versions and in really nice flavours - strawberry and watermelon is lovely! Cheaper too!

I used these sugar free they are lovely I brought mine at Tesco £2.49 quite expensive
but recently found them in pound land guess how much go on lol but a bargin

Ahh awesome, I need to pop to Poundland!

i live on robinsons nas think im going poundland today

Yes sugar free has artificial sugars like sucrose no added sugar had no added artificial sugars so always best to get no added sugar

I can never find sugar free squash so get the nas version, as for the diet coke I used to be addicted to it, but after having two teeth out at the end of last year I don't miss it at all, which will be handy for after I have had my wls. It's been seven months since I had a fizzy drink, I know have water and nas squash

I'm a diet coke addict, and in my prep for surgery, a few months ago I gave up drinking diet coke at work and switched to NAS squash. It was a real pain, mixing up a heavy batch and cutting it with water all day (I'm drinking 2 - 3 liters of water a day at work, but diet coke at home...). I found these squash'd a month or so ago, and despite the cost I've not looked back! Convenient, tasty and easy.

I keep getting the...'if you stop drinking diet coke you will probably drop a couple of stone' I wish it was that easy. ! X

I am however hoping to stop drinking by end of July...x

Meh, I don't believe all the hype about diet coke putting weight on...

Maybe because some of the chemicals in it increase the appetite? Or because the fizz strech the stomach and then you can eat more and dont feel full after a normal portion? Do not know.

I can only speak for myself, i used to feel more hungry when i drank diet coke daily.

Ah i do miss having a can of diet coke.

Hmm that's interesting and I guess makes sense. Stretching with the gasses..never thought of it that way! ..although I usually have diet coke if hungry and curbs for a bit (obviously not enough) :) x

Few years ago I was an addict to diet coke 6 litres a day felt really ill one day saw someone in a n e and it was rotting my insides never drank it again from that day on and dont miss it knowing it was technically killing me was enough to say no
