Few years ago I was an addict to diet coke 6 litres a day felt really ill one day saw someone in a n e and it was rotting my insides never drank it again from that day on and dont miss it knowing it was technically killing me was enough to say no

That is a motivator to stop for sure!!

Im going shopping today and not buying any...using whats leftover in the house and moving to water...i have one of the fridges that does ice and water so I have no excuses! Plus going back to the original post..love the robinsons in them! x
