I have a set of Salter scales for me from Argos
They will work out your BMI water content and even your weight. About £40
For the food also salter scales from the same place about £20

Salter is a great name for scales....

But... if it was me i'd go in Boots once a week at the same time of day and pay 50p to be weighed. You'll get a print out and you won't become a scale hopping loony And you can treat yourself when you see the losses with some nice smelly stuff rather than a food treat which is what i did when i was at a well known slimming group

I dont weigh food anymore I dont eat enough to worry about the amount of cals and stuff lol

I don't weigh my food anymore either. But bought some amazing Tanita scales for my weight and they are so accurate.

I have weight watchers scales. Accurate, and easy to read as the numbers are big. A real must for someone who needs contact lenses!
