Scales fluxuation

HiddenBeauty

Lil Miss Kitty
I have a pair of weight watcher digital scales which I have been weighing myself on. When I went to my mums she had a pair of analogue scales. After checking the scales were calibrated right (using cooking weights and flour) i found I had lost 10lbs yet when I have got home and weighed myself, is seem to be +10lbs.

Is it common to have such a big difference? If so what do I do? I can't seem to find a way to recalibrate digital scales.

I find that all scales weigh differently. Have you thought about weighing yourself on your scales and then going to boots to compare your weight? I also find that there is a difference between the analogue and digital scales. Sometimes if the battery is dying the digital scales can be wrong. I also find the surface it's on can make a differance. Sorry, I don't know why I'm now typing in itallics and can't seem to rectify it.
