so im thinking of having scampi for tea which is oven cooked!!! not fried!! and mushy peas.... do you think this is ok?..... im toying with it ill tell you what ive had today

Kelly, you've not had that much to eat today, so if you only have a normal portion size of about 6-9 pieces then you should be ok. but this is only my opinion.... I wouldn't trust myself not to eat it all so I don't buy it now. What about a large salad rather than the peas to cut down on carbs?
