When we have a lot to lose, it does go pretty quickly often to begin with, I saw my 24, 23 and 22's go very quickly too . . .but its great and it can help with the motivation when things do slow down, to know what you've achieved already! :)

Wow, this is amazing. I am so very pleased for you

Excellent start keep it going follow the guidelines and ask for help if you get stuck or are unsure always people willing to help. I started my journey at 24st 11 am now 2years post op and am sitting at 14st 10 that is my settling weight and that is what I have to maintain, I had a Bmi of 53 now its down to 31. The hospital have discharged me and are pleased with the result. Good luck and enjoy the ride and transformation. Be warned the head doesn't accept the weightloss it comes off the body a lot quicker than the head can register it. xx Sounds daft I know but you will understand what I mean as you journey onwards and downwards. xx
