I have bought some silica complex to prepare for possible thinning of my hair, but noticed that the tablets are quite big. With me only being just over 2 weeks post op could anyone tell me if it will be ok to swallow the tablet whole, or halved??
I was told not to take whole tables until I was on sloppies.
I ground up the Silica tablets and put them in juice to take them. They taste bloody awful, so I used pineapple juice as it seemed to mask the taste a lot better.
