sleeve to bypass

Hi all I just wondering if anyone has had the sleeve then gone back in for the bypass at a later date?
I'm really intrested to see if this is done

Normally if the sleeve isn't enough it would be progressed into a duodenal switch, rather than a bypass. Sometimes when a patient is very high risk or has a very high bmi the sleeve is done first as a faster procedure than a bypass then the switch part done around a year later. Some people though don't need the second part and find the sleeve alone is enough, and some go straight for a full duodenal switch from the outset.
