Lap-Band Slightly embarassing question....

Here goes,

I had my band done on 1st October and have so far lost 4 stone yay!!

I've joined the gym and have started swimming but I need to actually use the gym now but I'm a bit worried about my stomach,if I go on the treadmill I'm a bit paranoid that I might trip over my belly!!!

Well not quite but I can imagine it's gonna bounce all over the place and be quite painful!!

I've debated wearing my spanx but there quite restricting so id rather not!

Any thoughts?? Or am I a weirdo!??

Rather than spanx which can be a bit too tight get some decent lycra gym wear, and put on 2 pairs maybe a pair of shorts first then a pair of leggings over the top :)
 
It wasn't too bad actually!

I did some jogging on the treadmill and it was fine so I'm hoping as I get smaller it will get easier x
