Apologies if this has already been asked, but with the Cambridge shakes you have to have drunk them within 15 mins. Just wondering if there was anything like that with the slim fast ones?

The ready made ones are fine to leave. The ones you make up split after a while x

I'm doing the Cambridge shakes- dietician said to have 6 per day which seems excessive?! Had quite a few left over but am now panicking I won't have enough so got a tub of the slim fast extra protein shakes just in case.
