Hi Pinky, I haven't tried it myself yet but my hubby does as he is going bald and its working for him, He's been using this for 2 months now. the difference is noticeable. His hair stopped falling and also growing small hairs. i hope this helps.

Its a lack of protein thing coupled with trauma from extra fast weight loss - doesnt happen to everyone and fingers crossed it wont happen to me! I started taking Silica prior to surgery and have taken it up again now - it cant hurt!
