OK, I have spent the last few weeks spending lots of time reading up on protein rich foods and have read lots on chick peas and lentils etc.....
As a result of all this I bought a tub of red pepper humous and guess what? Theres more carbs than protein???? Also bought tarka dhal and again more carbs than protein?!?!?!? I give up!!!!!!
