Woohoo Go Kate, is that from pre op diet and after or just from the op?
I was done 3 days before you, I have gone from 19st 7lb starting pre op diet to 17st 9lb today. I was 18st 10lb on day of surgery.

Bl00dy heck Kate - that's not just since last Tuesday is it?

Crikey I wish lol. No Tim and I went to WW in July weighed in at 17.13, lost 1.5 stone, went on hols and put half a stone back on. Then pottered around staying the same weight, then did pre op. I was 16.13 on my op day so I've only lost 6 since my op. I gained a little after the op for some reason but I think lots of people do that.

I've just been in to Wallington and I went on the bus as it's uphill, had my nails done, eyebrows threaded and did a bit of Christmas shopping then walked, yes walked home. It's only about 1.5 miles but I havn't done that since the kids were in the pram when I used to walk everywhere. Go me :dancing_snowman:

You're right I was 16st when I had the op cause I lost the rest on the pre op didn't I dohhhhh. Anyway the best thing is that all in all I've lost 34lb which is fab and today I'm 15.7 which is fabulous.

Excellent going Kate and Marie Its all very exciting isn't it?

I was 21.03 on the day of my op and 20.01 two weeks post op so steady loss but I'm very happy with it too.
