You had me worried there Kate! Excellent start (by the way I also put on 6lbs on op day, but it went overnight on day 5, so have also lost 7lbs since op). It's downhill from here on in! Well done on the walking, and treating yourself to a bit of pampering.
We need to focus on non-food treats to celebrate our successes; in the past we would have 'rewarded' ourselves with food / chocs / drinks. A new reward system of beauty treatments / new lipstick / new earrings will be much healthier for us. Not sure PG / PhilT and cohorts can follow that regime though!
Sue I caught the 127 to Purley as it was the first one to come along. It was about 10ish were you working then. Don't worry about the other day, I do understand how it is. We'll hook up sometime.
Lol, Kate you're like me, I weigh every morning. I am 2 weeks out tomorrow and 16lb down, great isn't it!! Every day I get on the scales and there's another 1lb gone, long may it continue!! At this rate I will be in the 16's by Christmas!! woohoo.
