Morning banders I still have no appetite and only having one slimfast as my stomach turns at the thought of it lol. So this is what I have done I made a soup.

2 leeks
2 potatoes
2 carrots
1 parsnip
2 stock pots

I boiled all these together adding salt a pepper then blended it adding milk to thinning it out it was lovely and don't need much to fill you and hopefully getting some more nutrition's and fill like I'm having something now. X hope this helps
