Just wondering if there is anyone on this site from South Africa?

There are so few people to chat to here.... Would love to chat to someone closer to home...

Well 2 1/2 weeks in, 10 kgs lost so far and everyday stronger. Still battling to eat all my food but I am sure this is natural...
