hi we were told that when its our time to do this diet we only do it for 7 days do you think that is long enough as im afraid they will look at my liver and say still no good need longer on the diet also how many multi vitamins do you have to take per day just so i can start getting these in x

You should only need one multivit And as for the milk diet, every surgeon is different. If you eat a sensible and healthy low cal diet before you go onto the milk diet you should be absolutely fine

each area is different They have quite a few ops under their belt now so I am sure if they felt 7 days wasnt enough they would change it x
