Stalls!

I still eat 5-6 portions a day, cereal & banana for breakfast, babybel light mid morning, chicken salad for lunch, yoghurt mid afternoon, meat, fish or chicken with veg for dinner and maybe some fruit or a couple of rich tea biscuits later on when I'm watching TV, I think I am eating more than you are and I'm still losing every week (fingers crossed) so I think you need to eat more and more often, hope you start losing again, Karen x
