hi tracey, yes thats the exact diet i have been following, not been too bad, and dont feel hungry really and im weighing everyting to make sure i get it all right.

6 more days until my surgery =D

i can't believe i am finishing work tomorrow till i go back after op and recovery,, really would be biting my finger nails if i had any left good luck Emma xx
