Stitch sticking out!

I think i may have a bit of an internal stitch sticking out through one of my incision sites! Is this normal? It is a blue purple colour and is getting longer every day! What is going on??

Hello there ,

dont worry this is quite normal ( happened too me) after about 2 weeks they do poke out, please dont be tempted too pull it out let your body work its way out on its own . xxx

I had one which the consultant snipped out but did say to me that it would come out it's self but if you want it out go to your local gp x
