Stitch?

Sorry for asking, but just done some light housework, and had to rest felt like I had a stitch but slightly higher, I am on day 4! Xx

Rest, dont be doing anything, you could tear the internal stitches. I was told no housework for 2 weeks, as it is I dont do any anyway so it didnt apply!! Take it slowly, the damage is on the inside which you cant see! Take care

Be really careful. Even after 2 weeks when I resumed houseworky things, I still managed to strain one of my internal stitches. Rest, rest and even more rest.

First day back at work! Shattered! Home now changed into comfy leggings and some paracetamol! Phew!! Oh and we are to buy our new uniform I don't want to! Certainly not in a size 20!! Xx
