I have a collection of sugar free syrups from here that help a lot when I use shakes as it means the assortment of flavours triples! I get the atkins bars as they are great for a handy lunch, do not start cravings as they are low in carbs and not stuffed with sugar, and have a good hit of protein.
I also have tried some of the snack bars/ misc choc but didn't feel they were as useful.
