Surgery providers - recommendations?

Hi all,

I have been reading this forum for a while now and finally have the courage to post something!
I am at that stage in my journey that I am looking for the best 'Value for money' provider there is... Within the UK.
I live in the West Midlands so the best price I have found so far is £8700 through Ramsay but have seen another around £7500 in Kent (3.5 hours away).

Any recommendations, advice, thoughts and all that welcome
