Sweetener etc

Can you still use sweeteners - any side effects. Also bought some weight watchers hot choc drink to try and help with getting lots of milk as its not going down well on its own but worried I should stay away from it. Ta all.

It may be too sweet for you if it's not going down well. Lots of people use sweeteners. Just find one you like. Splenda is quite popular I think

I use sweetener, I use lidls own brand granulated and pill sweetener
