the new NICE requirments for NHS WLS !!

I am new here, really want to do a wls

donno where to start from

my GP is not helping me at all
is it true that NICE is lowering the BMI for wls referring !!

Don't think it has .. Here's the most up to date guidlines I have from NICE (nov2014)

Every area (CCG) has different rules. They don't always follow the NICE guidelines

I agree with Nicola here and since the new CCG was bought in last year I think it has become a little harder within some areas

Your find they don't go by your local PCT trust anymore since April 2013 the system has changed its by Nhs England now and they goby the nice guidelines hope that helps x

Your gp should be able to refer you I think. I'm in Scotland so things are a bit different here..same guidlines just different hoops
