I go to get fitted up for a sleep study at the beginning of next month, I have a rough idea how it works since my dad did one, that turned out to tell him he had sleep apnoea and now he is using a CPAP machine.
A few questions...
1) I only can sleep on my front! Am I going to be able to do this with this equipment attached to me!
2) If I don't sleep on my front I never get to sleep!
3) I suffer from insomnia, but currently take a large dose 300mg of Quetiapine at night to send me to sleep. Will this screw up the test?
4) If I find out I have sleep apnoea, will that jeopardise surgery?
