Tight Skin

Here's a new one!

Does anyone else feel there skin is tight on there face after losing weight.

I have lost almost 10 stone and can start to see saggy skin on my tummy and legs, however the skin on my face seems to have tightened up and around my cheek bones, yes I have finally relalised I do have cheek bones lol, the skin feels tight and this is going to sound stupid, but I feel as if I have lost too much weight and the skin is being stretched.

I never felt anything like this when I was 10 stone heavier and the skin was stretched.

Has anyone else come across this, because I am aiming to lose another 5 stone yet?

Mine feels tight, but my beautician advised that it's dehydration.
I've now started to apply Doublebase Gel twice a day and it's improved a lot.

Really, i take in over 2L of squash a day. blimey up the water lol

I was taking in 3-4 litres of fluids a day pre op my intake post op is struggling 1.5 litres although improving.

If I were you Gary I would be trying to push your intake to 3 litres a day.
