have gone to my present weight with little real problems other than the occasional rejection of food to the bin, I have lost loads of weight at a fairly steady rate so am chuffed, the only answer I have begin to ask is when does the body know its done enough weight loss and starts to settle down to a balanced level.
My team told me to target 13 stone as a weight target but being a ex-body builder and weight lifter with heavy density bone structure, its going to look really odd with a sad sack of skin over the thick bones, so i told them 15 and be happy so far they are in agreement, only 4 stone to go
