Time waiting for surgery on NHS

I first saw my GP in May 2006
Saw surgeon but funding refused in Nov 2006 as PCT ran out of money and all WLS was refused. I had a BMI of 63
Went back to GP in March 07 to get in for funding in the new financial year.
Had all the tests and was put on waiting list in March 2008 - breached the waiting list and was sent to the Nuffield in Leeds and op booked for Oct 08 then cancelled as I needed an endoscopy.
OP done on 12/12/08
So 2 years 9 months in total
