Tiredness causing problems

zns when do you take your Zoton? I take mine first thing in the morning, then give it half an hour, then have half a weetabix. Then another half hour and then begin drinking. I've established that as my routine because otherwise it's impossible to get enough food/fluids and vitamins etc in.

I'm feeling really tired again this week, I had to have a mid-morning nap today. And I'm 8 weeks post-op!

I take it along with a million other things first thing when I wake up with some squash.

I guess a mix of everything plus less calories takes its toll! x
