No secret really gorgeous, just followed the surgeons advice
Protein not carbs. I have three meals a day and two snacks, one snack is ten grapes, the other a low fat yogurt
I hardly ever cheat, and when I do it would be four crisps or a half a small onion bhaji every couple of weeks
I used to ride a stationary bike twenty minutes five times a week, but now I have joined the gym I only train three times a week on a split routine but add in at least 30 minutes of interval training on the bike at high intensity, well high for me anyway
I use the sauna each time I go for fifteen minutes to drag out any water retention, and then put it back throughout the day sipping two litres of Volvic every day.
The gym has turbo charged my weight loss at a time when it should be slowing down, go figure

to the point my goal of 14 stone is visible in the distance, the hospital gave me a goal of 15 and that's just over half a stone away.
