Yeh my lovely is chuffed on every level. She did say she would ask me to marry her when I reach goal, so I told her my goal was six stone

She has been my rock right through this lot, and I could not thank her enough for her help and support. I put 50% of my success down to my support structure and my lovely has played a huge part in that.

It's nice that she no longer has to put up with the comments and stares I used to get at nearly 30 stone, or to feel she has to jump to my defence anymore. The irony is she now worries I will lost too much weight, honestly there is no pleasing some people

i read your comments with awe, you have done so well my man....i am very similar to you in a lot of your original vital statistics, ok i'm a couple of inches taller, but to see your success in losing so much, but also staying so very humble, is nowt short of inspirational mate....i hope you reach your goals and carry on inspiring us all....ta mate!!

wow well done, i remember when i workes (some 7 years ago befor having kids) I used to go to our warehouse and weigh myself and it only went up to 100kg and i remember being on diets and being able to use it and also having to take shoes off to get it to work, then it not working at all !!!
